A federal advisory panel is weighing recommendations that would urge President Obama to issue an executive order requiring federal agencies and their contractors to use occupational exposure limits (OELs) that are more protective than OSHA’s permissible exposure limits (PELs) in federal workplaces.  The effort has the blessing of OSHA chief Dr.
