Following a fatal accident, a trade association representing the quarry industry in the United Kingdom has released an incident alert to caution workers about safe and at-risk procedures when unblocking mobile crushers and screens. The Mineral Products Association said the alert represents guidance issued internally by a large aggregate producer.
