Phillip Kittinger has been hired as an Occupational Safety Consultant at Colorado-based Safety Solutions International (SSI), a mine health and safety consulting firm.

Kittinger has 28 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held numerous positions, including Mine Examiner, Section Foreman, Mine Foreman, Safety Coordinator, Mine Rescue Trainer and Director of Health and Safety.
